Hatteras Island Arts and Craft Guild was established in 1990. The Guild is led by a five member board. Artists and crafters may become members to support the mission of the Guild. The mission is to promote art and craft infused with the beauty and spirit of Hatteras Island, to foster the creation of art and artistic growth in the community and to offer support and inspiration to young artists. The Guild presents a scholarship each year to a young person pursuing education in art, contributes to the art departments in local schools and donates to other endeavors that support and encourage artistic expression.
Our current board is made up of artists who wish to share the love of what they do with the community.
